Creative approach or scientific methodology?

As an official opening of the 10th Festival in Bulgaria I had the pleasure to conduct an agency assessment and communication audit workshop. Since the management of cooperation with PR, advertising, digital, integrated marketing communications and all other sort of agencies is one of the core responsibilities of senior in-house communication professionals, it is vital to set some clear criteria of how their contribution can be evaluated.

The milestones of the workshop were: creativity and how we can evaluate it in communication business, tips and tricks for agency pitch and methodology for tender evaluation as well as many practical examples for assessment of areas such as trust, fairs participation, social media…
